Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (scientifically proven method)

 

ACT teaches you how to deal with difficult thoughts and circumstances while trying to accomplish your goals and dreams.

 

Trying to fight dark thoughts is pointless, with ACT you learn to look at yourself in a more compassionate way and what values really matter to you.

 

Training

We are offering a complete ACT course. This includes 4 meetings of 2,5 hours that include homework. If you choose to enroll in the course, it is expected that you are present at all meetings.
